Brief & site plan

Site visit & engineering
Within two business days we walk the site, confirm ground conditions and produce engineer-stamped install drawings, SWMS and traffic-management notes.

Our White Card crew installs to AS 4687:2022 — usually overnight or in a single shift. Lockable gates, signage and corner protection in the same visit.

How quickly can you install hoarding?
Standard runs go in within five business days of an accepted quote. For urgent jobs we've mobilised crews inside 48 hours — call the office and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What does the rental price include?
Design, engineering, delivery, install, gates, signage and demobilisation. Vinyl graphics, after-hours installs and out-of-metro travel are itemised separately so there are no surprises.
Can you install without drilling into the slab?
Yes — our counterweight (no-dig) system is engineered to AS 4687:2022 and is commonly used over basements, suspended decks and finished concourse slabs.
What happens if my program runs over?
Hire is week-to-week after the initial term. Extend on demand — no re-mobilise fee, no penalty. We'd rather extend than rush a demob and damage your finishes.

Can you brand the hoarding?
That's half of what we do. Our in-house design team produces vinyl wraps, developer renders and project boards, printed on anti-graffiti laminate and installed by the same crew that puts the hoarding in.
